Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Premier Surplus. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

We accept the following Visa/Debit/Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, JCB Cards and Visa Electron.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Our online store uses a 128 bit encryption with SSL.

 

We currently only accept payment in pounds sterling (£).

 

    The photographs of any particular item are an accurate representation of that article only and are not the actual items which will be sent. As this is military surplus, some clothing may come with badges or other insignia which may not be shown on the photographs 

 

Postage and Packing charges for orders within the UK are based on first class post charges from the Royal Mail. Please review the shipping section for costs.

 

We will endeavour to despatch stock items within 2 working days of an order being placed. For non stock items we will e-mail you to let you know when they will be back in stock.

 

If your item is not in stock, you will be advised by email, with the option to cancel your order should you wish to do so. You must therefore, provide us with your e-mail address when ordering.

 

Premier Surplus will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will refund the full amount less the postage paid.
It is important that returned goods are returned in their original condition

 

Every effort is made to comply with our promise, however if you are not happy with our service, then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
