Part of the U.S. forces E.C.W.C.S (Extended cold weather Clothing System).Superb quality and an item now copied by other forces.The jacket is zip-fastening with a stud -fastening storm flap underneath which are 2 velcro-closing breast pockets. There are 2 flap-covered side pockets and under arm zip vents. The best military gortex jacket you can buy and would best most commercial goretex jackets. These jackets can be bought new from Alpha commercial, at over £300!
