Genuine US Army Surplus government issue. 
Used Grade1 condition (used but very good condition).
 Part of the U.S. forces E.C.W.S (Extended cold weather System).Superb quality and an item now copied by other forces.The jacket is zip-fastening with a stud -fastening storm flap underneath which are 2 velcro-closing breast pockets. There are 2 flap-covered side pockets and under arm zip vents.
