British Army Surplus Temperate Camo Jacket

Genuine British Army Surplus government issue

New/Unissued.

This is a British army temperate camo jacket in new/unissued condition. This is the jacket used immediately before the soldier 95 issue kit was introduced and is a quite different jacket. It is made from a heavier grade of cotton to the ripstop 95 jacket and as a consequence is a much more durable jacket which does not 'age' in anything like the way the 95 jacket did. Its features are:

2 bellows hip pockets
2 bellows breast pockets
2 vertical concealed zip-closing breast pockets
full length 2-way zip front closure
draw cords to to tighten hem
waist adjuster draw cords
large cold-weather buttons
spare buttons inside
velcro closure on cuffs

It is in fact all round a better jacket, in our opinion, now that we know how to keep it dry under good goretex! These are becoming increasingly hard to find and especially in new condition.
