      This is the latest issue US army Gen III Polartec fleece in foliage green colour which will fit with the US army ACU camo clothing, multicam and also the USAF ABU camo uniform.

     The jacket is not as bulky as the previous issue black Polartec fleeec but still retains the superb thermal insulation properties.

     The jacket features a full length front closing zip to the top of the high collar. It is reinforced in the shoulders, around the collar and for most of the inside of the sleeve length. From the armpit down the side of the jacket to the hem, there is an elasticated panel. There are also two handwarmer pockets, one on each side and the sleeve cuffs are elasticated to reduce the inflow of cold air.

    This is a really nicely designed and great performing piece of kit and as with most US army clothing, made from good quality material. Polartec is a very well regarded producer of thermal insulating fabric and features in many high performance and expensive civilian cold weather jackets.
