The covering flap is held in place with a large strip of Velcro and the flap has a pull tab for ease of use. At the rear of the pouch are two stud fastening straps which feed through the molle loops on any carrier being used. There is also a lower drain hole so water can escape.

       The molle design means it can moved around on any suitable molle platform like a vest or battle belt.
